Financial Analysis for decision making Babson College is well known for its courses in entrepreneurship. I took their online course recently and wanted to share what I learnt. The course is available to everyone and is quiet helpful to beginners like me. It starts off at the shallow end of the world of finance and slowly takes up deeper, more complex topics. The course helped me understand a lot about the financing side of a business. How funds are raised? why they are raised and how to do this efficiently? The course was divided into weeks. Each week included a few short video where in the professor explained the basic concepts. The video was then followed up by pdfs that further explained what was taught in the video. The notes provided really cleared up any doubts that I developed over the course of the week. The notes included examples which helped in applying the knowledge in a practical situation.
